[vtkusers] need help in vtk file conversion!!

Hello,
I am newbie in VTK. I have anatomical graphic file as VTK file format. I
want to convert those files to CompressedGeometry file type(which will be
used in Java3D programming). Is there any way I can convert those vtk files
to CompressedGeometry file type??
Any suggestions, comments and idea will be really appreciated.
