Reading Mike's posts about 3.2 -> 4.0 issues:

There should REALLY be a "Porting from 3.2 to 4.0" document for VTK, or at
least a edited changelog where only API changes are documented (bugfixes
etc. are removed).

This would be of invaluable assistance to anyone porting a larger Vtk app
from 3.2 to 4.0
