[vtkusers] vtksbIterativeClosestPointTransform class ??

I noticed some postings a while back for the following
extension class:

vtksbHausdorffDistanceToTarget 
 
and
 
vtksbIterativeClosestPointTransform 

The links to these classes no longer work.
Does anyone know where I can find them?

I would like to use them to calculate the difference
between two surfaces.
