[vtkusers] A quick question on the linear extrusion filter

Hello,

I was wondering if linear extrusion generates cells that can be assigned scalar
attributes. In other words, is it possible to extrude e.g. a VTK_PIXEL and end
up with N cubes, each of which can be assigned a scalar?
