[vtkusers] 2D Contours

Dear VTK users,
I am working with a 2dimensional 8bit medical image.
For each point in the image, I have an associated
integer value, measuring the height of a structure
at that point. 
I would like to generate a contour map from the height
information, and project these contours on to the 8bit
image. Which VTK classes should I be using to do this?
