[vtkusers] Can same LUT be used for various image ranges?

When we feed a imagedata with look up table
giving table range of say 100,200, all pixels < 100 are turned 100 and all
pixels > 200 are turned 200.
If I want to show all pixels values without their values changed and color
them pixel range wise whats the alternative?
