[vtkusers] Any examples for doing Volume Rendering in CAVE

I heard there is a CAVEVTK rendering class written. But, all I could find
was a pointer to http://www-fp.mcs.anl.gov/fl/software/aindex.htm but
couldn't get my hands on it yet :(

Actually I have just started working with Volumizer and CAVE for this.
