[vtkusers] CMake and vtk

Hi,
I just noticed that before the vtk4.0 nightly builds I got lots of cmake
errors complaining about an unknown command
(VTK_MAKE_INSTANTIATOR).

What version of cmake should I upgrade to? It would be a good idea
if anyone uses a newer cmake that he/she sends an email to the list
saying that a newer version of cmake is needed.
