[vtkusers] unit return by GetSurfaceArea

Hi Marcelo,

I assume you're using vtkMassProperties. The surface area unit must be the
square of the unit for your polydata. If the coordinates of your polydata
are expressed in cm, the GetSurfaceArea method will give a value in square
cm.
