[vtkusers] How to make libVTKCommonTcl.a , libVTKGraphicsTcl.a ...( in vtk32)

I havent done this but I guess you just do 

./configure --with-tcl --with-graphics

and make sure you *dont* use --with-shared.  After this if you do make
you should get static libs.
