[vtkusers] python: setting object input to None

Hi Charl,

The python wrapper changes that support SetInput(None) happened
almost a full year before VTK 3.2 was released.  If you are
absolutely certain that SetInput(None) doesn't work with the
VTK 3.2 CVS then I can fix it in that branch.
