[vtkusers] VTK4.0 Missing Object - Offline Rendering

Hi there,

there seems to be an object file missing in libvtkRendering.a/.so at
least on the Linux platform. vtkXRenderWindow.o is not put into
the archive. Adding vtkXRenderWindow right before the first occurance
of vtkXRenderWindowInteractor in the CMakelList.txt file in the
Rendering directory seems to solve the problem.

I missed this object trying to port sources for offline rendering
to vtk4.0 by John Shalf that I found at
http://zeus.ncsa.uiuc.edu/~jshalf/VTK/vtkOffScreen/

If anybody is interested in the port please contact me.

And John, if you're reading this, I would like to send you the changed
sources, but I don't have your email adress.
