[vtkusers] vtk file problem

Hello,
I am a newbie for vtk. I have several anatomical 3D images(human bone
images) as VTK file format. I can load up those images to Java3D(with vtk
loader)and those images are perfectly fine. But, when I use vtk image
viewer(PolyViz) then, I get an error said the following.

ERROR:In C:\cygwin\home\administrator\vtk\graphics\vtkPolyDataRecorder.cxx,
line301 vtkPolyDataRecorder (0x015F1C50):Unrecognized keyword: 3

And also, I see those images are broken(un-connected surface), not like full
covered surface. Does anybody knows what this error means please?? I attach
my image vtk file with this email.

Any idea, information will be greatly appreciated.
