[vtkusers] vtk with MS Visual C++

This is of course only necessary if you need to add new features to
VTK. If you can get your data in with the built-in functions, or
Tk/Tcl, then the executables from the kitware site will get you started.
To some degree, you can play with VTK from the executables, and see if
it suits your needs. It did for me.
