[vtkusers] Linking to tcl wrapping library

Hi,

 

I am trying to upgrade from Vtk3.2 to 4.0. I need to create a custom Tcl
application that can access vtk functions. Can I do a Vtk binary
installation and link to a Tcl wrapping library? If yes, what is the
name? I used vtktcl.dll for Vtk3.2. If I have to do a source
installation, what are the libraries I need to link to?
