I updated the code, it gave the same result.
Any other Idea ?
cout <<"input of tubefilter : number of Lines : "
<<flightsPolyData->GetNumberOfLines() <<endl; // 9070
vtkTubeFilter *trajectoiresTubes = vtkTubeFilter::New();
trajectoiresTubes->SetInput(flightsPolyData);
trajectoiresTubes->SetRadius(2);
trajectoiresTubes->SetNumberOfSides(6);
trajectoiresTubes->Update();
cout <<"tubeFilter output : number of polys : "
<<trajectoiresTubes->GetOutput()->GetNumberOfPolys() // 0
