[vtkusers] Compile error VTK4.0-gcc3.4-Solaris8-Tcl in vtkTclUtil.o

I compiled vtkCISG (I work at CISG) recently with gcc 3.2. Even after vtk
itself has compiled, you might get some little compiling errors vtkCISG. I
upgraded ours here, but this was also with VTK Nightly not VTK 4.0. If
you'd like a copy, contact me in private, it
might be simpler.
