[vtkusers] VolumePro support is NOT any better ... Why???

Hello ,
How are you?

Further to the above subject, I tried to find out on multi-resolution
strategy work... but no luck so far... :(

Is there any simple vtk or similar example that can guide me for
multi-resolution ???

I would be much appreciated for anyone would provide any advice...
