[vtkusers] Still Java package...

Hello,

After some hints of this group I still do not get the example Cone.java
to work.

I did the following things:
- copy vtk*.dlls to windows\system\, windows\system32, javadir\jre\bin
- put vtk.jar in the path (one path with just directory, one parth with
direct point)
- compile cone.java in the \javedir\bin directory
- put vtk.jar in the same directory as the Cone.java

I also have javadir\bin; javadir\jre\bin; vtkdir\bin;

Anyone who got it to work knows where the problem might be?
