[vtkusers] VTK Java - problem with vtkPanel

Do you have other versions of Java installed on your system? (check what
you have in "C:\Program Files\Java" and "C:\Program Files\JavaSoft\JRE")

I do have similar problem on WinXP with 1.3.1_04 and 1.3.0_02. However it
works fine with 1.4.0_01. (all of them installed at the same time) I am do
not know though what is causing the problem.
