[vtkusers] vtk book out of print??

Same here; our publisher-contact confirms the Vtk book is out of
print.  The bookstores around here (the Netherlands) only have a
few copies left and we are starting our "scientific visualization
and virtual reality" course this semester for 20 to 25 students.

Are there other people out there that lecture scientific visualization
and can recommend a good book?
