[vtkusers] vtk on Mac OS X 10.2 and changes posted to CVS?

The problem came from using the current cvs CMake.

As a rule for building VTK, folks should not try the cvs release of cmake.
The most current stable release should work for VTK.
There is no guarantee that the cvs version of cmake will be
able to build VTK, or even itself.
