[vtkusers] VC 7.0 .NET warnings + mutual information

Hi,
 
I am using VTK nighties and since yesterday I'm using VC 7.0 .NET and I
get a lot of warnings mainly: truncation warnings (C4305) , conversion
warnings (C4244) and deprecation errors (C4995). I made the project file
with the latest CVS of CMake. Any tips?
 
Secondly, I have written a filter to compute the mutual information
between two image data objects, is there any interest in this filter?
