[vtkusers] Error UNIX

Hello, try to executing my program, my system said this error message: can 
enybody help me?

Error in startup script: couldn't load file "vtktcl": vtktcl.so: cannot 
open shared object file: No such file or directory
    while executing
"load vtktcl"
    invoked from within
"catch [load vtktcl] "


where vtktcl is in the /usr/lib directory as usual.
Have I to set some environmet variable?
