[vtkusers] vtkLookupTable with iso contours

hi,

i was wondering if there was a way to force vtkLookupTables to behave such 
that their indexing always matches a vtkContourFilter. currently, if i have 
two isovalues, one leading to a surface of larger area, the larger one 
always gets assigned the '0' color from the lookuptable and the smaller one 
the '1' color, no matter if the isovalues are themselves assigned '0' or '1' 
in the contour filter.
