[vtkusers] Registration method

Hi Pierre-François,

It looks like the Insight toolkit http://public.kitware.com/Insight/
was developed for the purpose of image registration.  I haven't
dug into Insight very deeply yet, but it does have mutual-information
algorithms and optimization algorithms.

At the present time VTK isn't very suitable for image registration.
It's great for slicing and dicing the data and for visualizing the
result, but there's no VTK code for finding the registration
transformation yet.
