[vtkusers] Fringe Mapping

I'd like to make a scalar map where there is a sharp distinction between
a small number of colors.  I've set the color map to be the proper
number of colors, and this works for the most part, but it still dithers
between adjacent colors in the map, creating a fuzzy line between
colors.  Is there any way I can tell the mapper, properties, actor
whatever, that I don't want it to dither between colors?
