[vtkusers] Compiling VTK (CVS) on SGI...

The problem is here:

TCL_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/local/tcl/lib
TK_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=/usr/local/tcl/lib

These should be FULL paths that INCLUDE the library name, and not just the
directory where the library is.
