[vtkusers] About Volume Rendering in vtkNightly

Hello Shade,

What mapper are you using? You indicate vtkVolumeMapper in your email, but
it is not valid (hopefully not possible!) to use a vtkVolumeMapper for
rendering - it is an abstract superclass.
