[vtkusers] mpi & tcl

[Berk Geveci]

My recommendation would be to upgrade to the CVS version. It has much better
mpi support. If you don't want to upgrade, you should be able to apply the
changes to tkAppInit.cxx (you will also have to link mpi libraries etc.).
