[vtkusers] Mouse Problem in vtkXRenderWindow?

Strange.  I was able to reproduce the problem as well.  It has something to do 
with the shift button.  If you use the middle mouse button to translate, 
everything works fine.  The second you hit the shift button, the left mouse 
button seems to lose hold.  If you press the middle or right mouse, the left 
mouse will start working again

Weird.
