[vtkusers] vtkQGL for qt2.2.2 and vtk4.0

Hi folks,

due to the many questions I have a new version
of vtkQGL for vtk4.0 (11. Nov. 2001).
This is really a quick hack -- sorry.
You can send me bug-reports, but don't expect
a quick fix -- sorry again.
