[vtkusers] vtk documentation site..

I have noticed that the new site for vtk docs seems a lot slower than where it
used to be.

In any case, I would like to keep a copy fo the docs locally for faster response and
loading,
especially with the doxygen diagrams. Is it possible
to do that?  Are there any instructions somewhere on the site?
