[vtkusers] vtk borland makefiles with cmake

uhhh, could someone then please add this to the cvs download
instructions at:

  http://public.kitware.com/VTK/get-software.php

so that others don't have to waste time jerking around with a
CMakeSetup that claims not to find CMakeList.txt, etc. kind of stuff.

also, a link to cmake on the vtk download page would be nice, no???
