[vtkusers] reference question

Hi All

I used vtkArcPlotter to plot a scalar data along a profile. It seems to do
what I want it to do. But I would
like to know how it is doing that. I basically would like to have some
explanation of the method. Is there
any reference?. Both vtkbooks dont have anything on this. Is going through
the code the only way?!!!!!

In general if you want a reference (a little deeper than what is mentioned
in the doc) where can i find it?.
