[vtkusers] misalignments in Visible Human Data: Again

Hello,
I was expecting some feedback from Mr Lorensen about this problem but I had 
nothing. On his web site there are the scripts for the reconstruction of the 
visible woman. The problem is that the reconstructed organ presents some 
misalgnments due to the difference of pixel size inside the slices. I could 
have one good part of the femur but the other part is shifted. Does anyone 
face the problem??
