[vtkusers] Building the hybrid directory for tcl

Hello,

I have successfully build vtk4.0 (downloaded 2 or 3 days ago) for
win2000. Today I selected build hybrid in the CMake table
(but turned off the video capture stuff).

The CMake fails to make all of the TCL source code from the Hybrid
directory. Eg. vtkThinPlatePlineTransformTcl.cxx.

This file is listed in the vtk.dsw FileView but cannot be found when
selected because it was not created.

Any suggestions?

The only files created in the Hybrid directory are vtkHybrid.dsp,
vtkHybridTcl.dsp, vtkHybridTCLInit.cxx, DartTestfile.txt, and a testing
folder.
