[vtkusers] Java rpm: libvtkJava.so missing libXt

It seems the libvtkJava.so from the nightly Java rpm is still (or again)
missing libXt, rf. this earlier thread:

This results in the following run-time error:

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: /usr/lib/libvtkJava.so:
/usr/lib/libVTKGraphics.so: undefined symbol: XtStrings
