[vtkusers] doxygen without class diagrams?

You can generate a doc without class diagrams, but not disable the diagrams 
once the HTML files have been generated, of course.
To generate your own doc, check the vtk-doxygen-doc project page (see link 
in the index page of your vtk doc).
