[vtkusers] seperate raw date file

Hi,

I have a CT and a MR raw data file.
The order is z-y-x
The file format is: 16-bit integers --two consecutive bytes make up one
binary integer.

If you have a program which can seperate this raw data file into
difference slice files which are either the same raw data or standard
image file format such as pgm or ppm, please email me.
