[vtkusers] adjust red/blue stereo?

Hello!

I was wondering if there is a way to adjust the colors, which are used
for red/blue stereo rendering. The cheap pair of red/blue glasses I am
using right now works quite well for the red part. The blue glass,
however, still allows a little of the red picture to get through. It's
still nice and useful, but I suppose the quality could be improved by
adjusting the colors.
