[vtkusers] vtkFieldData::SetArray()

Was this method recently made a protected method? My application was
working fine,
but with a newer version of vtk, this is not accessible (from my
application classes). If that
is the case, then is AddArray() the alternate, and if so, we have to
specify a string as an id
(in contrast to SetDataArray, which can take an integer id)?
