[vtkusers] Tcl version with last vtk under windows,..

It is possible to compile VTK 3.2 with tcl/tk 8.0.5 - I did this last week.
I also had to compile Tk because the tk80.lib I found didn't have compatible
function calling conventions with VTK. Details are at the following URL
http://www.barre.nom.fr/vtk/tcltk8-win.html I just followed the instructions
there. The document was written for VTK 2.? but it worked fine for me with
VTK 3.2
