[vtkusers] WinNT UnsatisfiedLinkError

Hi.

I'm getting the UnsatisfiedLinkError:
java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: VTKInit

We have two NT machines here, and everything is fine on the other one.
On my machine I get this runtime error.  My hunch is that I don't have my 
classpath set up correctly.  Right now I have

SET PATH=C:\jdk1.1.8\bin
SET CLASSPATH=.;C:\PROGRA~1\VISUAL~1\JAVA\VTK.JAR

Has anyone solved this problem for winnt?
