[vtkusers] deformable surface

Hi,

I would like to use deformable surfaces. It
doesn't seem to be a big job to do in VTK. Perhaps somebody would like to
share his or her implementation. I would love to spend some time on it to
make it perhaps even better, faster, more robust or so. Perhaps we could
contribute the result to the community?
