[vtkusers] VTK man pages - RTF for print ?

Is there a way to create reference pages for print out - like the ones
printetd in the first edition of the VTK book. I just bought the current 2nd
ed. in addition to the users guide, and really miss them. I would really
like to be able to print alle the classes / man-pages to have a real paper
manual (for notes a.s.o).
Can doxygen produce a RTF-file, that could be available for download at the
vtk-site?
