[vtkusers] Borland link error with vtkTkRenderWidget etc...

Does anyone know why vtkTkRenderWidget, vtkTkImageViewerWidget and
vtkTkImageWindowWidget refuse to link with a Borland compile/link?

With a vtkNightly21072001, bcc5.5.1, pcmaker and Win98se the link error
message is:

Error: Unresolved external '_Vtktkrenderwidget_Init' referenced from
..\vtkbin\vtktcl\obj\vtktcl.obj
Error: Unresolved external '_Vtktkimageviewerwidget_Init' referenced from
..\vtkbin\vtktcl\obj\vtktcl.obj
Error: Unresolved external '_Vtktkimagewindowwidget_Init' referenced from
..\vtkbin\vtktcl\obj\vtktcl.obj

There's also

Error: Unresolved external '_Tcl_Exit' referenced from
..\vtkbin\vtktcl\obj\vtktcl.obj
