[vtkusers] Help upgrading

vtkMarchingSquaresCases.h is missing the two lines

  #ifndef __vtkMarchingSquaresCases_h
  #define __vtkMarchingSquaresCases_h

at the beginning, and the one line

  #endif

at the end. You can add these lines to your vtkMarchingSquaresCases.h file
and things should work fine. (compare for example with vtkMarchingCubes.h
if it is not clear how it should look).

  I didn't check the CVS, but if these lines are still missing, could
somebody with write-access to the CVS please change that?
