I wrote a new version of the wxVTKRenderWindow class that fixed
this but there are other problems.  I mailed the widget to Robin
Dunn but havent resolved the other issues yet.  Hopefully in a
while I will get this fixed and you should see a fixed version
in the next wxPython release.
