[vtkusers] transparency problem

Dear vtkusers:

I have an implicit function that I sample then make triangle strips from.  I
then assign colors to each triangle strip with an alpha value of 0.5 (of
[0.0, 1.0]).  Some of the strips seem to have a much darker transparency
though.  Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it??
